Unlike other products that import fully assembled units from China, including motors and actuators, the Mobe Motion Bed is an assembly-type product requiring installation of a steel frame manufactured domestically at our factory, along with motors and actuators from Germany’s Okin. Because we assemble and install the product directly at your home rather than simply shipping it, a skilled professional installer must visit. We inform you that this cost is absolutely necessary for safe and professional product installation, and we will strive to provide you with greater satisfaction.
Delivery and installation fees for Jeju start at 350,000 won and vary by product. Delivery to islands other than Jeju is not available.

A professional technician is only required for the initial installation of the motion bed.
Disconnect the power cord connected to the motor and actuator from the outlet.
Separate the two mattress steel guards, bed frame, and bed headboard.
Lift the top panel to organize the cables, then wrap the entire frame securely with tape to prevent the top and bottom panels from shifting.
Two adults can lift and move the entire steel frame as is.

Due to frequent changes based on traffic and on-site conditions on the day, it’s difficult to give a definite answer. Please coordinate with the installation technician by phone the day before or on the day of delivery.
We apologize, but we cannot move products not purchased from us. Since our technicians personally visit to install our products, there is no flexibility in delivery schedules. Furthermore, moving third-party products risks complications that could place both parties in a difficult situation.
Saturday deliveries are available, but we do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Except in unavoidable circumstances, we strive to schedule deliveries on weekdays at a time convenient for you.
A skilled technician will visit your location to perform the installation. Therefore, we kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to assist with moving or transporting your existing products.
The warranty period for the Okin actuator is 5 years, and for all other parts, it is 1 year. For service outside the warranty period and for damage caused by customer negligence, paid service will be provided, and charges for travel expenses, material costs, and parts costs will be billed.
Travel expenses are approximately 100,000 won depending on the region. Parts costs are separate. If an A/S issue occurs, please contact our headquarters for guidance.
